I first met Patty when I requested to see a home on Zillow on July 6th, 2021 in Oldsmar, Florida. This was the evening that Tropical Store Elsa was passing through the Tampa Bay Area. Patty was willing to meet me if I wanted to see the home no matter the weather. After viewing that property and it not being what I wanted, Patty asked all the right questions to help me find the home of my dreams. Only 6 days later, Patty helped me find what we thought was the One in nearby Tampa, Florida. With her insight and knowledge, she advised me how / what to offer to win the home in today s bidding war. AND I WON! After the inspection and with Patty s guidance, I decided to walk away from that home as it was built in 1963 and had some structural issues that the inspector found. He was amazing and also recommended by Patty. Only 4 days after walking away from the first home I won, I found what IS THE HOME of my DREAMS and as of the closing on 8/20/2021, it is mine! Again, with Patty s guidance, I made an offer. We ended up winning this bid as well and after negotiations I won it $25,000 UNDER their original asking price! In addition, this home built in 2018 came fully furnished. The approximate value of the furnishing that came with with the home had to have been well over $15,000. Again, I met Patty, saw three properties total, made two offers, won both, walked away from one and closed on my Dream home in less than a month and a half!
